Barrio Fiesta
Reflejos Flamencos will be performing at PAANO’s Barrio Fiesta 2009 on Saturday, September 12th. This event includes dinner and entertainment with several other performers. It will be held at Spirit Bank Event Center in the Banquet Room. Doors open at 6pm, dinner is at 7pm, and the entertainment begins at 8pm! This event is Hosted by the Philippine American Association of Northeast Oklahoma, and proceeds from the event will go to The Little Light House which is a Christian Development Center serving children with special needs. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for kids. Children under age 4 and sitting in parent’s lap are free.
Festival Hispano
On Sunday, September 20th Reflejos Flamencos and several of our dance students will be performing at the Tulsa Hispanic Chamber’s 30th annual Festival Hispano! This event will be held at the Williams Green at 3rd & Boston in downtown Tulsa. The event lasts from 1pm – 11pm on Saturday the 19th, and from 1pm – 10pm on Sunday the 20th. We will be going on at 4:30pm on Sunday the 20th.
Festival Hispano is committed to representing a wide variety of Hispanic cultures through art, music, food, and entertainment in a family-oriented atmosphere.
Guitars Gone Wild Concert & New Video
Reflejos Flamencos will be back at the PAC with the Tulsa Guitar Society this summer. The “Guitars Gone Wild II” concert will be July 19th, 6pm at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center in the Charles E. Norman Theatre. Tickets are $12 each and available now through the Tulsa PAC web site. Reflejos Flamencos will be performing along with other great local guitarists!
We have prepared a short video clip of our past performance at the PAC. It is available on our youtube page , and for your convenience we have it right here for you to watch.
We began our first studio recording project last night so we will have some new material available soon.
